Terms and Conditions:

The rates published in this site are valid for foreign tourists who Enter Israel with a Foriegn Passport Only.
Once we will understand from the supplier that you are an Israeli the rack rate for Israeli tourists at the hotel will apply on your reservation

Payment and cancellations Policy:

1. Your credit card will be charged by www.isrealdeal.com that is operated by Tailor Made Tours in Israel.
2. The suppliers will receive a voucher from us covering the services you have booked.
3. Your credit card will be automatically charged in full before arrival.
4. If reservation is cancelled:
    48 – 72 hours before arrival we will charge 50% of the reservation.
    7 days – 72 hours before arrival we will charge 40% of the reservation.
    7 days – 14 days before arrival we will charge   30% of the reservation.
    14 days – 21 days before arrival we will charge 25% of the reservation.
   21 days – 30 days before arrival we will charge 15% of the reservation.
5. Reservations that have been candled and will be refunded to client’s credit card will be charged with either usd 35.00 or 3.5% of the total charge of reservation.
6. No Shows / Cancellations during the stay:
    If the client doesn’t arrive to hotel or changes the reservation during the stay there will be no refund.
7. If deals are cancelled due to a personal problem such as: illness, accidents etc. We reserve the right to deduct 10% from the amount as our fee and the rest of the amount will be reimbursed to the clients’ credit card.
8. If deals are under the amount of $500.00, the amount is automatically converted to NIS on a rate  1 $ = 4.3 nis.
9. We reserve the right to reply within 48 hours in order to make sure rates are correct due to human errors!!!! if we find that the rates were mistaken due to human error we keep the right not to honor reservation& only the rate that will be confirmed within 48 hours will be the final rate.
10. The exclusive jurisdiction for lawsuits that will be pressed by the customer towards the company and/or lawsuits regarding booking terms through the company is the Courthouse in Tel-Aviv and any other courthouse does not hold the right to sentence it.
    The laws of the state of Israel apply on the relations between the parties.
    During Jewish holidays and Christmas/New Year and the high season (July and August) the following is The Payment and Cancellation Policy:
    1) The credit card will be charged by us, and the suppliers will receive a voucher from us covering the services you have booked. Attention! www.IsraelDeal.com is operated by Tailor Made Tours, Israel LTD. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
    2) The cancellation fee is – full penalty non refundable.

    Sundays –Thursdays: 09:00am until 18:00 pm.
    Fridays 09:00am – 13:00pm.
    Saturdays our offices are closed the whole day.
